Fire Inspections
The Fire Inspection Department conducts inspections of commercial buildings within the Village of Ashwaubenon. Commercial buildings in the Village consist of every building with the exception of 1 or 2 family dwellings. The State of Wisconsin mandated the number of inspections that must be completed in a calendar year.
Ashwaubenon Public Safety has contracted with EMS Management & Consultants (EMS MC) for fire inspection billing. All fire inspections completed by the Village of Ashwaubenon are invoiced by EMS MC via myfirebill.com. If you receive an invoice with this information, it is legitimate.
If you have questions about the validity of the bill you can contact the Village of Ashwaubenon Fire Inspection Department. If you wish to simply pay the bill, please follow the directions on the invoice and either pay online at myfirebill.com or mail payment to the address included on the invoice. Please do not come to our agency to pay as we cannot accept payment directly.
If you believe you received the invoice in error and it should go to someone else in charge of the property, please contact EMS MC by calling the 800 number listed on the invoice to have the billing address updated.
