Financing Your Development in Ashwaubenon

The Village of Ashwaubenon can connect you with additional financing opportunities to assist in filling financial gaps in your development project. In addition to three active Tax Increment Financing Districts, the Village also works with the following partners to assist you in bringing your project to fruition. The TIF policy packet must be filled out for any TIF request from the Village of Ashwaubenon.  Please contact the Director of Community Development to discuss the potential project prior to filling out the TIF policy packet.

Advance: Advance is the economic development arm of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and provides site selection assistance, business retention and expansion, and business incubator facilities.

Brown County Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund: Provides low-interest loans to qualified businesses for non-construction related projects such as working capital and equipment purchases that result in low-moderate income employee retention and/or addition. 

Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC): WEDC works with businesses, entrepreneurs and governmental agencies to grow Wisconsin’s economy and business climate through grant programs, loan products, and collaboration.

Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA):  WHEDA works with local lenders to support entrepreneurs, small businesses and community revitalization through loan guarantees, participation lending, and distribution of tax credits.

Wisconsin Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program: Program that enables property owners to obtain low-cost, long-term loans for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation improvement with no up front, out of pocket expenses.
