Aqua Bootcamp

A high intensity water fitness program utilizing a variety of equipment and exercises to challenge your strength, flexibility and give you a great cardio workout. Instructed by Junius Ho MS.

Competitive Swim Training

This class is designed for swimmers who have graduated high school and are swimming competitively at the college level or intend to. It is most appropriate for swimmers who are already excelling in a particular specialty, and want to maintain their conditioning during the off season. Practices will include in and out of water conditioning.

Enrollment will be kept to a minimum to allow for better communication, and more personal attention. Classes will be taught by Jen Steffel, Ashwaubenon Girls High School Swimming & Diving Coach.

Deep Water Exercise

We’re taking the water exercise to the deep end of the pool. While it is very low impact on your joints it has a high impact on your cardiovascular system. We’ll use equipment and water resistance to target specific muscle groups throughout the body. You do not need to know how to swim to join the class as we’ll be using aqua belts. Class will be taught by instructor Chelsey Ramirez.

Master Swimming Clinic

We offer coaching and training for competitive swimmers, tri athletes and fitness swimmers looking for professional coaching and work outs crafted to improve swimming skill and speed. Those interested should be able to swim at least 100 yards nonstop freestyle or front crawl. We will work on conditioning, stroke development, and refinement such as learning or improving the butterfly stroke for those that are interested and improve speed and stamina in all strokes.

Therapeutic Core & More

This class is a warm water class taught by therapists to focus on flexibility, strength building, range of motion and movement. The class will be low impact and low intensity. Instructed by Brian Weitz, PTA (Monday) & Jackie Goddard, DPT (Wednesday)

Water Exercise

For all ages and abilities! Suit up and take the plunge. Water is a perfect environment for exercising, losing weight and toning up. Water helps support, heal and relax muscles that have been strained or tightened. This program will increase your strength and flexibility. You will make new friends and have fun exercising. You do not need to be a swimmer to enroll in this program. Taught by instructor Diane Kerlin
