Absentee & Election Day Ballots Counted

Voter Registration

Village of Ashwaubenon residents may register to vote at the Office of the Clerk anytime before 5 PM the Friday before Election Day or by mail 20 days prior to Election Day.

On Election Day, residents may register to vote at their respective polling place. Be sure to provide proper proof of residence. Polling places are open on Election Day from 7 AM through 8 PM. As a reminder, when voting on Election Day a government-issued PHOTO ID is required.

Absentee Voting

If you are unable to get to your polling place on Election Day, you can also vote by Absentee Ballot. Requirements for voting absentee include being 18 years of age; citizen of the United States; registered to vote; complete an absentee application; and are not currently serving a sentence including probation or parole for a felony conviction, and not otherwise disqualified from voting.    

Select the form at left to obtain the Voter Registration Application and/or an Absentee Ballot Application, complete and return to the Office of the Clerk. Absentee ballot applications can only be dropped off or filled out at the Clerk's Office if it is within 14 days of an election. If it is outside of the 14 days before the election, the request must be mailed.
