Current Development Projects
Aldon Station is a brand new mixed residential development located on the Fox River site of the former Schneider National truck yard. The development includes zero-lot line twindominiums, with two-story attached townhomes and five-story condominium under construction. Townhomes and condominiums are planned for completion in Spring/Summer 2023. The Ashwaubomay River Trail will be extended south along the Fox River and Ashwaubenon Creek shorelines and include a pedestrian bridge connection across Ashwaubenon Creek to Ashwaubomay Memorial Park.
The Bohemian Park Apartments Building Two
The Bohemian Park Apartments is adding a second building to its location at the intersection of Holmgren Way and Morris Avenue. The apartment building will be four stories with 50 total units and neighborhood-scale retail and plaza space at the Holmgren/Morris intersection. The plaza will be used to host outdoor seating, gathering, and entertaining areas. Underground and surface parking is available. This is building two of a planned four apartment buildings plus clubhouse/pool. Building two is planned for completion in Summer 2023.
Common Place / Odyssey Climbing & Fitness
The Common Place is a five-story mixed-use apartment building combined with Odyssey Climbing + Fitness within the heart of the Ashwaubenon Sports & Entertainment District on Mike McCarthy Way. The Common Place will have 80 apartment units with a range of square footages, including some fully furnished units. Retail commercial uses and part of Odyssey Climbing + Fitness will be located on the first floor. Odyssey Climbing + Fitness will include the full range of fitness options plus opportunities for rock wall climbing and bouldering. The Common Place and Odyssey Climbing + Fitness are planned to open in Winter/Spring 2023.
Highland Ridge Estates
Highland Ridge is the Village’s newest residential subdivision located on Sand Acres Drive, between W. Main Avenue and Grant Street, just north of the Highland Ridge Golf Course. Highland Ridge Estates includes a total of 45 lots with 20 remaining available for purchase and home construction. All streets and utilities are in place, along with an off-street trail on the north side of Highland Ridge Drive. Future phases of the subdivision will add another 89 lots.
Hampton Inn - Stadium
Beechwood Hotel Group is developing a new Hampton Inn by Hilton on Morris Avenue, just blocks from Lambeau Field, Titletown, and in the heart of the Village’s Sports & Entertainment District. The four-story, 89 room hotel is located on a former warehouse lot, immediately west of the Home2 by Hilton. Amenities in the hotel will include pool, fitness center, meeting room, and lobby/breakfast area. The hotel is planned to be completed in April 2023 with rooms being available to guests in May 2023.
Bellin Health Systems Ambulatory Surgical Center
Bellin Health Systems is building a new five-story, 262,000 square foot Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) on the site of the former Menards and Microtel Hotel at the I-41/S. Oneida Street/Waube Lane interchange. Floors 1 – 2 are to be built out for immediate occupation, with floors 3-5 constructed but not built out for future expansion needs. The ASC is anticipated to be ready for patients in Fall 2023.
Green Bay Packaging Expansion
Green Bay Packaging is adding on 153,000 square feet to its coated products operation on Spirit Way/Label Lane in the Village of Ashwaubenon Industrial Park. The addition will expand the available interior truck docks, production space, and ancillary uses for continued growth at the facility.
