Current Development Projects

The Promenade / Ashwaubenon Branch Brown County Library

The 5-story, 172,571 square foot Promenade is being developed on the corner of Cormier Road and San Luis Place, just south of Target. The Promenade active adult apartment component of the development will include 83 one- and two-bedroom apartment units for people aged 50+ years. The Promenade will include a number of amenities for residents, including a heated outdoor pool, pickleball courts, fitness area, common gathering spaces, and indoor parking. A café for residents and the public will also be located in the building. The new 16,500 square foot Ashwaubenon Branch of the Brown County Library will be included on the north side of the building, primarily facing Cormier Road. Construction started in May 2024 with completion anticipated in late 2025.


Emplify Health Youth & Adolescent Clinic

Emplify Health (formerly Bellin Health) is constructing a new 68,000 square foot, 2-story clinic at 2550 S. Ashland Avenue. The new clinic is geared toward serving children and adolescents with a range of services specifically targeted to this age group. Construction started in February 2024 with completion anticipated in early 2025.


Titletown Fit

The new 2-story, 46,048 square foot addition to the Titletown area will include a large fitness gym with ancillary café/restaurant/retail uses. Titletown Fit is currently under construction and is located immediately east of the U.S. Venture Center office building. Construction is anticipated to be completed in late 2024/early 2025.


Bergstrom Hyundai

The new 33,275 square foot Bergstrom Hyundai vehicle dealership is currently under construction and located at 2800 Ramada Way. Primary uses include vehicle sales and service operations. Construction is anticipated to be completed in late 2024.


Highland Ridge Estates First Addition

The Highland Ridge Estates subdivision continues to expand from its first phase (Highland Ridge Estates) to now include its second phase (Highland Ridge Estates First Addition). The First Addition includes another 42 single-family home sites within the Village of Ashwaubenon.
