Northeastern Wisconsin Housing Loan Program
Ashwaubenon residents and rental owners may be eligible for zero-percent interest, deferred payment loans to improve their homes/rentals through the Brown County Planning Commission. Typical improvements may include siding, roofing, furnace, lead paint remediation, windows, etc. Loans are also available for home purchase down payment assistance. In order to qualify for the loans, applicants must be considered to have low to moderate gross incomes.
