Business Resource Guide

Ready to make the most of the biggest weekend of 2025 for your business or enterprise?  The Business Resource Guide provides information on what you can do to promote your business and welcome sports fans from all over the country. While the information here is specific to the Draft, we encourage you to keep this resource kit handy and apply it to all major events coming to the region — from concerts and holiday celebrations to annual events and gamedays. In 2023, the Green Bay Area welcomed over 6 million visitors. Don’t miss out on reaching similar visitor volumes in 2025 and beyond!

As the Green Bay Area prepares to welcome fans for the 2025 NFL Draft, businesses, organizations, and event planners also are exploring opportunities to engage visitors. If you’re considering an activation, pop-up event, or special promotion, securing the proper permits is essential.

Additionally, a Clean Zone will be in effect around key venues and hotels during Draft week. The Clean Zone helps manage temporary commercial activity—such as advertising, vending, and product sampling —to maintain a seamless event experience and protect official NFL and Local Organizing Committee (LOC) partners from unauthorized marketing. This will be enforced under existing Municipal Codes, and no new regulations will be enacted specifically for the Draft.

Getting To and Around the 2025 NFL Draft

Partners across northeast Wisconsin are working to ensure visitors have appropriate parking and transit options to efficiently and safely get to the NFL Draft.

  • Fan Parking

Fan parking will resemble game day at Lambeau Field, with local homeowners and businesses offering parking spaces near the event. Just like during Packers games, residents and establishments will provide convenient parking for a fee, giving fans a variety of options close to the Draft campus. Many locations will be within walking distance, creating a familiar, bustling atmosphere. Fans should plan ahead and follow posted signage. Please note that some may require pre-registration. Click each star on the map for details on the parking location.

Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

Ashwaubenon residents and/or businesses may be looking to rent their homes or property to earn additional income. But it's critical for you and your guest's safety and security that it's done properly. Before listing your short-term rental on one of the many popular sites, make sure to understand the rules, regulations and licensing requirements before inviting guests to your property.

Camping in the Village of Ashwaubenon

Ashwaubenon residents may be looking to rent space at their property for parking RVs for camping to earn additional income.  RV and trailer parking for camping is not permitted in the Village of Ashwaubenon and will be strictly enforced.

Mobile Food Establishments

Mobile food establishments (food trucks) are regulated in Ashwaubenon under the Municipal Code. A license issued by the Village of Ashwaubenon is required to operate a mobile food establishment in the village. Mobile Food Establishment means a restaurant or retail food establishment where food is served or sold from a motorized or non-motorized vehicle, trailer, cart, or other portable structure which periodically or continuously changes location and requires a service base to accommodate the unit for servicing, cleaning, inspection and maintenance or except as specified in the Wisconsin Food Code.

Soliciting & Direct Sellers

Soliciting and engaging in direct sales is regulated in Ashwaubenon under the Municipal Code. A permit issued by the Village of Ashwaubenon is required to solicit or directly sell in the village.  Complimentary products and promotions shall be treated the same as direct sales.

Sign Regulations & Requirements

Signs may be erected, placed, established, painted, created, or maintained only in conformance with the Village of Ashwaubenon Municipal Code. On-premise signage is regulated in every zoning district. Off-premise signage is prohibited throughout the Village with few exceptions and will be strictly enforced.

NFL Supplier Diversity Program

The Supplier Diversity Program is an opportunity for local, minority, woman, person with disabilities, LGBTQ+ and veteran-owned businesses to gain exposure to sub-contracting opportunities related to the Draft (April 2025) and provide networking and capacity building for all accepted businesses.

Businesses selected for the program will be profiled in a directory for the Draft, which NFL primary contractors and event producers use to identify and select local suppliers to fulfill their sub-contracting needs. Becoming a member of the Supplier Diversity Program is a competitive process, and acceptance within the program does not guarantee contracts and/or RFP invites.  Read More.
