Large Item Collection

Pickup request forms for the August large item collection are now open! Collection takes place during the third full week of each month from April through September. Requests must be submitted by the Sunday before collection week at ashwaubenon.gov/largeItem. Items must be at the curb by 6:00 a.m. Monday; late set-outs will not be collected.

Street Closures

Ashwaubenon is full of events happening throughout the Village, with road closures expected during special events for certain periods.

New Ashwaubenon Ordinance for Bikes, E-Bikes, and Scooters

On July 22, the Ashwaubenon Village Board approved new rules for bikes, e-bikes, scooters, and similar vehicles. The changes include updated safety rules, registration requirements, and where these vehicles can be used—residents are encouraged to review the updates.

Ashwaubenon Blast

Don’t miss the 2025 Ashwaubenon Blast on August 9, from 9 AM to 10 PM! Enjoy free swimming, a car show, live music, balloon animals, face painting, bounce houses, carnival games, and more!

Hydrant Flushing

The Water Utility will conduct a hydrant flushing program from August 11–15 to exercise hydrants and flush water mains. Flushing will occur in the Village area north of STH 172. The water remains safe throughout, but please check for discoloration before doing laundry.

Brush Collection

The Village of Ashwaubenon Public Works Department completes brush collection as needed, using GIS Mapping to follow the most efficient route based on pick-up locations. Each collection cycle takes about 4 weeks, ensuring timely curbside service for all residents.
