Village Manager
Joel Gregozeski serves as the Village Manager of Ashwaubenon, bringing over 25 years of experience in public service and local government. Since November 2020, he has overseen the Village’s daily operations, managing an annual budget of over $41.3 million, and leading a team of over 120 full-time employees. The Village Manager is responsible for implementing policies set by the Village Board, ensuring efficient service delivery, and fostering economic growth. In addition to serving as the Village’s personnel director, he acts as the public information officer, keeping the community informed and engaged. The Village Manager also serves as an ex officio nonvoting member of all boards, commissions and committees of the Village except as specified by the Board or Wisconsin State Statutes. During his time as Village Manager, Joel has led key initiatives, including strategic planning, policy updates, and successful collective bargaining. He has helped guide significant economic development, boosting the Village's equalized value by over 15%. Additionally, Joel played an instrumental role in celebrating the Village’s 150th anniversary. Joel is also actively involved in planning for the 2025 NFL Draft. Joel is committed to ensuring that Ashwaubenon continues to grow and thrive as a vibrant community.
