Morris Avenue Reconstruction
Project: Morris Avenue Reconstruction (Holmgren Way to Ashland Avenue)
Description: The proposed Morris Avenue reconstruction will include the complete removal and excavation of the existing roadway, roadway base replacement, replacement of all pipe networks below the roadway, potential 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk, and new asphalt surface roadway. The roadway cross section will include an 11-ft wide travel lane and 9.5-ft wide parking lane on each side with concrete curb and gutter. All water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and associated laterals will be replaced. Improvements to the traffic signal hardware at Holmgren way are also anticipated.
